Went for the Christmas pop up. Drinks and atmosphere were good. Service was good as well. They were out of half of their food menu, which was kind of disappointing, but they were not expecting the large crowds.

stopped in tonight for a post-dinner drink. my partner and i both got 2 of the "couture cocktails" (aka bartender's choice). I requested elderflower in both of mine, and my partner got a whiskey and a vodka-based drink. the bartender absolutely knocked it out of the park - all 4 drinks were incredible! we enjoyed the ambiance and will def be returning soon.

We have now had two great experience here! The cocktails are all delicious. A good wine selection. The small bites also were very good. Staff is very friendly and the vibe is comfortable. Prices are as expected (around $15 per cocktail). We will definitely be back!

cute and quaint and vintage style with cute chandeliers and brick. Great little stop before a concert or something but they don’t have any food so that’s a downfall.

Beautiful, classy, chill bar right off the streetcar line. The cocktails are innovative and delicious, with a strong point of view (try the snakebite) and the NA selections are thoughtful and well balanced. Service is warm and attentive without being overwhelming. Highly recommend either for a special occasion or as a serendipitous treat.

If you are considering coming here, just do it. You will not be disappointed! Where else can you find an amazing $10 espresso martini and old fashioned in Kansas City? The atmosphere, decor, hospitality, and cocktails are top notch. Huge shoutout to Tommy, who was probably the nicest hospitality worker I’ve ever encountered. I wish we would have known about this place sooner, we will definitely be back.

This is one of our new favorite spots for cocktails. This is the perfect place for a date night or drinks with a few friends. Every single cocktail here is delicious, but the espresso martini is particularly wonderful. The establishment is small and cozy but beautifully decorated with a French romantic feel. The staff here is so friendly and attentive. I highly suggest making this a regular stop.

My partner and I came last Wednesday close to closing hour. The bartender was sweet and made one of the best dirty martini with gin that we've had in a while. Well-balanced and smooth to drink. The atmosphere was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back again.

From floor to ceiling, this spot has French decor that will make you feel like you transported to a lounge in France! Cheval has signature beverages, small appetizers, and mouthwatering desserts. We really enjoyed the chocolate ganache dessert! They also have a fantastic $10 cocktail menu, which is hard to find these days at nice cocktail lounges! We came here for a nightcap after dinner and loved it. It's super cozy, with comfy chairs, a beautiful chandelier hangs above the bar, excellent service and really good drinks. The interior is French-inspired and beautiful. Definitely recommend.
